If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of return within 14 calendar days from receipt of order.
You may begin the process of return by emailing us at email@example.com. In case of a defective product, please send us in our email photos that will clearly depict the defect.
You have the option of return for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind. All returned items have to be received in the product’s original condition, without damage and in a way where it can be sold again. It is necessary that you will not cause any damage to products by testing them, not to damage the packaging and not to wash them. Products must be returned along with the sales receipt or invoice. We are not responsible for returned products lost or damaged during transition.
Note: In case of returning any product under the responsibility of the customer, all the transportation costs are paid exclusively by him.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been processed, based on the desired dimensions (runners, floor carpeting, flooring, wallpapers etc) or for products ordered especially for you from suppliers either from Greece or from abroad. Furthermore, returns are not accepted for products that have raw materials and need assembly. Also, for reasons of hygiene, returns are not accepted in sleep products like pillows, mattress toppers, mattreses...
Strict quality control has been performed in all of our products, so that they are all delivered to you in perfect condition. In case of a defective product, the product will be replaced by an identical non-defective one, free of charge. It is important that you check the product as soon as you receive it and that you contact us within 5 days from receipt of order if there is a defect.
Note: For orders concerning furniture, please check the packaging carefully and if you find any hits or damages, refuse delivery and let us know accordingly.
Note: We make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of products. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect representation of colors. Different settings on computer monitors can affect the appearance of colors of products.
Please note that when you place an order you accept all terms and conditions of our eshop.
When the returning product will be received by our company, and the return is authorized, your money will be returned within few business days in the IBAN account you gave us (deposit is the net amount of products without transport costs). Alternatively, you may choose to use the amount as a discount for the purchase of a different product.
