CYPRUS

We provide the possibility of delivering our products to Cyprus at a cost of:

• 0 - 5kg cost €10
• for each additional kilo after 5kg, the customer is charged €1 per kilo).

Furniture and very bulky items are excluded as they cannot be shipped to Cyprus.
The above charges may vary depending on the volume of parcels.


ABROAD

For orders outside Greece, free shipping does not apply regardless of the cost of the order, but the cost of shipping is determined after contacting the shipping company and consultation with the customer.
The customer has the possibility to completely undertake the transport of the products from our site, at his own transport costs and transport company.

You can make your own, products from our online store, in the following ways:

• By placing an order through the e-shop, by adding the products you are interested in to the shopping cart.
• By placing a telephone order on 2351 100 200, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.

Discover the product you are interested in and with a simple click, you can enlarge the photo to see every detail: the features, the available dimensions, practical tips, as well as its price. The prices you see are the final prices, including VAT. Then choose the one you are interested in and add the product to the cart. You are given the option, if you wish to continue shopping or complete your order. If you choose to complete your order, you can easily continue by either creating an online account or quick checkout as a guest.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, in which its details will be mentioned in detail. For correct and timely download, please check the correctness of your personal email and your spam folder. Then, after your order has been approved and the product has been shipped, you will receive a second notification via email or SMS, informing you that the order is on its way to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option of returning the products within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

You can start the return process by sending an email to info@mydesigndrops.com. In the event of a defective product, please send us photos that clearly show the defect.

You can return for any reason, even if you just changed your mind. The primary concern of our online store is the maximum satisfaction of our customers!

All returns must be received in the original condition you received the product in, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. It is necessary not to damage the products by testing them, not to damage their packaging and not to wash them. Attention, if the products are not to your liking or have a defect, do not assemble them, because returns of assembled products are not accepted.
