Handmade Carpet Persian Ghom Wool 214X140

DESCRIPTION

The Qum of Persia is famous for the quality of its carpets in the western world, but is also known as the religious center of the seals. In the last 50 years there has been a rapid increase in handmade carpet production, both in laboratories and in individual houses.
Qum carpets use designs of other cities such as Kashan, Anak, Senneh, etc. They usually depict pendants, hunting scenes (shekar) and "Boteh" (repeated geometric patterns, representing flowering and vineyards).
The warp and the weft are of a thin cotton thread of high quality and the knots, which are very dense, are woolen and silk. There are also qums where both the warp and the weft and the pile are silk. This makes them very thin, elaborate and gives them an excellent look of beauty.
The colors, usually blue, red and beige, are either vibrant and vibrant or darker, give a very artistic and elegant expression to the carpet. A special choice that will bring the Persian high art to your home.
