Hi-Fi Speaker HTM71 S3 14-FP43214 62,8x31,8x16,5cm Black Bowers & Wilkins

The Hi-Fi Speaker HTM71 S3 is the top choice in the Bowers & Wilkins 700 series. It is equipped with a Carbon Dome Tweeter driver, which combines the lightweight and rigid cone with Carbon Dome technology for high-resolution imaging in the high frequencies. It features the classic Tweeter-on-Top design with the tweeter placed externally, offering an open and spacious sound with high frequencies and low distortion. It has a 130mm (5in) Continuum Cone FST™ midrange driver, which enhances dialogue clarity and provides clean performance. The two bass cones have Aerofoil™ profiles that improve stiffness and deliver deep and dynamic bass. The Continuum™ cone ensures open and neutral performance, reproducing voices and instruments with accuracy and transparency. The FST™ suspension, combined with the Continuum™ cone and mass decoupling system, offers even greater performance and reduced resonances. The new sub-cabinet incorporates a port loading system for open sound with high frequencies and low distortion. The HTM71 S3 is designed to deliver uncompromising vocal performance and high-quality sound in the context of a Bowers & Wilkins 700 series surround sound system.Technical Specifications:Decoupled Carbon Dome tweeterSolid Body Tweeter-on-TopContinuum™ cone FST™ midrangeAerofoil™ Profile bass conesFlowport™Speakers: 1x ø25mm (1 in) Decoupled Carbon Dome high-frequency &1x ø130mm (5 in) Continuum cone FST midrange & 2x ø130mm (5 in) Aerofoil Profile bassFrequency Range: 45Hz and 33kHzFrequency Response: 50Hz - 28kHz ±3DbSensitivity: 89dB spl (2.83Vrms, 1m)Harmonic Distortion: 2nd and 3rd harmonics (90dB, 1m on axis) <1% 90Hz - 22kHz <0.5% 120Hz - 20kHzNominal Impedance: 8Ω (minimum 3.1Ω)Recommended Amplifier Power: 30W - 200W into 8Ω on unclipped programmeMax recommended cable impedance 0.1Ω
