Μαχαίρι Nakiri Classic 1040132617 17cm Black Wusthof

The Nakiri Classic 1040132617 Knife combines Japanese culture with European know-how, which makes it a favorite choice for every professional and amateur cook! Thanks to its thin and wide blade, it is ideal for all kinds of cuts (chopping, dicing). It can be used for cutting and chopping herbs, vegetables and fruits, as well as preparing fish and meat. Its shape resembles a cleaver, but it should not be confused with this, as the Nakiri is not suitable for hard work (such as splitting bones). This amazing knife is distinguished by its high-quality blade made of a single piece of surgical steel containing chromium-lead-vanadium (X50 Cr MoV 15), which makes it durable and sharp. Thanks to the pockets (grooves) on the blade, it prevents any material from "sticking" to the blade and guarantees you speed and precision in every cut. It is sharpened with WUSTHOF PeTeC technology. Bones should be avoided. It has an ergonomic handle with three rivets for greater stability and a full chest or Bolster (joint handle with blade), for more safety and stability.
