Μαχαίρι Santoku 17 Performer 1061231317 17cm Black Wusthof

Santoku Knife 17 Performer 1061231317 is based on the Japanese way of cutting and thanks to its flexible shape and weight it can be used for cutting and slicing herbs, vegetables and fruits, as well as for preparing fish and meat. This amazing knife is distinguished by its high-quality blade made of a single piece of surgical steel containing chromium-lead-vanadium (X50 Cr MoV 15), which has a diamond coating (DLC: Diamond like Carbon) that makes it extremely hard and durable to use , in heat and time. DLC was originally developed for the extreme conditions of space travel and motorsports. WÜSTHOF is the first knife manufacturer in the world to use this technology in a fully forged knife.
This unique knife is perfected thanks to the excellent quality handle, which features the innovative, slip-resistant Hexagon Power Grip. With its non-slip honeycomb structure, it provides absolute safety and ensures excellent control even in wet or difficult working conditions. The handle is made of polyamide and reinforced with glass fibers for a pleasant texture.
The knives of the Performer series cut through any material with incredible momentum and speed almost without any friction, thanks to the particularly low friction properties and the diamond-like non-stick coating as well as the lotus effect of the black surface, the particles just roll off the blade. It is available in premium packaging, which makes it an excellent choice as a gift for the amateur as well as the professional cook.
