Μαχαίρι Santoku Classic Ikon 1040431317 17cm Cream Wusthof

The Santoku Classic Knife 1040231317 is based on the Japanese way of cutting and thanks to its flexible shape and weight it can be used for cutting and slicing herbs, vegetables and fruits, as well as for preparing fish and meat. This amazing knife is distinguished by its high-quality blade made of a single piece of surgical steel containing chromium-lead-vanadium (X50 Cr MoV 15), which makes it durable and sharp. It is the most ideal chopping knife, thanks to the pockets (grooves) on the blade, which prevent any material from "sticking" to the blade and guarantee you speed and precision in every cut. It is sharpened with WUSTHOF PeTeC technology. Bones should be avoided. It has an ergonomic handle with three rivets for greater stability and a half bolster for better balance and accuracy. It also reduces the weight of the knife and enables us to sharpen the entire length of the blade. It is an excellent choice for home and professional use.
