The 48970E Chili Grinder allows you to quickly and easily grind a variety of dried chilies effortlessly and in a minimum of time. The distinctive razor-sharp Microplane stainless steel blades, photo-etched like a razor, ensure an even and precise grinding of the chili, optimally releasing the essential oils and enhancing the flavor. The grinder has a luxurious soft grip that provides comfort and stability during use. With the stainless steel ring surrounding the grinder, you can easily open the grinder to fill it with chili. The Precise Pressure™ mechanism ensures the right pressure on the chili for an excellent grinding result. The grinder comes with a handy silicone lid that prevents the fine chili powder from scattering on the table and counter after use. You can use this grinder to spice up a variety of dishes, such as sauces, pasta, eggs, or even sweets. In addition, Microplane's signature durable stainless steel blades ensure excellent performance and durability. For best results, fill the grinder cavity with dried chilies at least 1/3 full.
