Ways of payment

In our e-shop, you may pay for your order in the following ways:

 

1) Charge through Iris

 

You can make your transaction easily, quickly and securely via IRIS. You just need your VAT number or your mobile phone to connect to your e-banking and proceed with the process.

 

2) Bank deposit

You deposit the cost of your order to the bank account of mydesigndrops.com, and then we ship your order.

Note: It is necessary to include the name of the applicant and the order number in the deposit slip, as cause.

In case you choose to pay via bank deposit, it is necessary that you send the proof of deposit to our email address: info@mydesigndrops.gr or to our fax number: 23510 36326 or contact us at 23510 46400.

When you complete your order, and you choose payment via bank deposit, the goods you have selected are held until payment is completed. If, for any reason, payment is not completed within 5 days, your order will be cancelled.

Note: In case you make a transfer to a different bank account, the transaction expenses will be charged to the depositor.

 

3) Charge your credit card

Mydesigndrops.com accepts all Visa and MasterCard credit-debit cards. Your transactions are protected by our online security system that guarantees fully secure transactions. Before charging your credit card, it is necessary that your credit card be checked and its validity be certified. At this point, we would like to stress that you are solely responsible for the proper registration for the proper registration of real data on your credit card and that it is necessary that you are the proper owner of the credit card used for the transaction. By completing your order, you are automatically transferred to the safe environment of the bank, where you can enter your card details in order to make your transaction.

In case you choose to charge your credit card and the transaction will not be completed, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Foreign bank credit card transactions are only accepted for one-time payment transactions (no installments are supported).

Note: Customers outside the European Union may be subject to extra charges that may result from differences in the exchange rates, custom clearance, import duties and other requirements for which we bear no responsibility.

Note: According to law, purchase over €500 is necessary to be settled only via money transfer or via credit card. Cash is not allowed.

 

4) Charge through PayPal

At mydesigndrops.com, you can make payments through PayPal with no extra cost. PayPal is a modern and safe way to make transactions. It is active in 190 countries. Note: In case you choose as payment method PayPal and the transaction will not be completed, your order will automatically be cancelled.

 

5) Cash on delivery

You have the option of paying for your order on delivery of the goods. Payment on delivery is not possible for products sold in a desired dimension (such as runners, carpeting and so on). For such products, you may only pay using your credit card or via bank deposit. For orders made in countries other than Greece, payment on delivery is not possible. The cost of cash on delivery is set at €1.90.

In case you choose to pay (C.O.D) Cash On Delivery contact via telephone is required, otherwise the order is canceled.

Note: Cash on delivery is supported for orders delivered via courier. Cash on delivery is not supported for heavy products like furniture.

Invoicing:

If you wish to be issued an invoice for your order, the process is very simple. You will need to fill in the corresponding field during the ordering process and also fill in the tax information we require. In that way, you may purchase products for business purposes in a simple and quick way.

Purchasing without VAT (only for E.U countries, excluding Greece)

You have the option of purchasing products without VAT, only if they are intended for professional use and your company is based in any country of the E.U (excluding Greece). The direct VAT exemption only applies to inter-E.U trade. These transactions have to be declared to Intrastate. If you represent a business or company within the E.U and wish to buy our products for professional use, contact us with your company’s VAT, we will then check your VAT through the VIES and should it be valid, you will be invoiced without VAT.
