Easily and precisely cut sponge cake slices to the desired thickness and diameter with the Acer 10-100-003 Adjustable Sponge Cake Ring. Create the most imaginative cakes, just like a professional pastry chef would. The hoop is made of stainless steel, offering durability and long-term use. Its diameter is adjustable from 16 to 20 cm, and it has 6 notches that allow you to choose the thickness of the sponge, cutting up to 7 even slices. Its use is safe and easy. Place the hoop on your sponge after it has cooled, and run the knife through the notch according to the thickness you desire, cutting crosswise. For even slices, turn the hoop 180° and cut the other half. The knife stays steady, ensuring slices of the same thickness for your dessert. Suitable for dishwasher, for easy and quick cleaning.
