Knives Sharpener 3069730102 17,9cm Black Wusthof

The Knife Sharpener 3069730102 is ideal for home use by amateur cooks. This is an excellent quality sharpener, which has two washers to sharpen any kind of knife. Place the knife on whichever of the two washers should be at a 90° angle and 'pass' the knife in one direction 3 or 4 times depending on how much sharpening is needed. For perfect sharpening each knife has a hard sharpening position, which has diamond rods to sharpen the blade in the event of a dull knife, but also a fine sharpening position with ceramic rods for daily sharpening of the blade or as a finish after hard sharpening. Soft bars can be used for both serrated knives and wavy and serrated edges such as bread and tomato knives. A separate groove is used for sharpening the scissors. You should use a damp cloth to clean the knife. Never rinse the knife with water after sharpening.
