• Weight: 852 gr

• Instructions for Use:

• 1. Before use, leave the stone in water for 24 hours. This process is done only once, before the first use.

• 2. You always follow the same angle and the same method of sharpening

• 3. During sharpening, pour some water while wiping the blade with a fresh cloth.

• 4. You start with the smallest number and continue with the largest.

• 5. If you use oil then you cannot use water. There are several videos on the internet that explain how to sharpen a knife with a stone, but what is certain is that it takes time and patience.

• 6. The stone sizes work just like on the sandpaper. That is, the smaller the harder to repair the blade - in case it has burrs, teeth, etc. - and the larger the softer for finishing.

• 7. There are 2 measurement sizes: The European F European Standard (FEPA) and the Japanese J Japanese Standard (JIS).
