Delivery and Shipping Terms

GREECE

Postage fees:

    Shipping costs are calculated per product category. In more detail:

Linen

  • Free shipping applies to orders within Greece that contain linen with total amount over €49. Orders regarding linen of less than €49 are charged with an additional cost of €3.
  • Special transport terms apply to Linen Hotel products.

 Decoration

  • Free shipping applies to orders within Greece that contain decoration items with total amount over €49. Orders regarding decoration items of less than €49 are charged with an additional cost of €3.
  • Special transport terms apply to Linen Hotel products.

Broadloom Carpets-Flooring

  • Orders that contain products from categories Broadloom Carpets and Flooring, are charged with an additional cost of €8.

 Lighting

  • Ordering lighting products under €49 are charged with shipping cost of €3 regardless the way of payment. Ordering lighting products that exceed the cost of €49 is free of charge. Specific lamps are excluded and are charged with transport fees according to their volume.

Bedroom - Living room

  • For orders that include products from the "Bedroom" and "Living room" categories, free shipping within Greece applies if they contain products with a total value of more than €49. Orders below €49 are charged an additional cost of €3.

Bathroom

  • Free shipping applies to orders over €49 which include products from the "Bathroom" category. Orders with bathroom items under €49 incur an additional cost of €3.

Dining

  • As long as the order includes products from the "Dining" category and does not exceed €49, then it is charged with €3 shipping costs. If the order is over €49, then it is sent free of charge to the customer.

Kids- Baby

  • Orders that include products from the categories "Kids" and "Baby" are charged with shipping costs of €3, as long as the total amount of payment does not exceed €49. If the order is over €49, then it is sent free of charge.

Lifestyle

  • Orders over €49, which include products from the "Lifestyle" category, are shipped free of charge, while when they contain products with a total value of €49, they are shipped with a shipping cost of €3.

Furniture

  • Heavy or large products are delivered via Transport companies, that specialize in the transportation of such goods. Shipping cost depends on the products and free delivery is not supported. Delivery of the above goods is prescribed to a ground floor, in the address chosen during the ordering phase, or the address of the transport company.

 Carpets-Wallpapers

  • Free shipping applies to orders within Greece that contain one or more products from categories Carpets, Wallpapers with total amount over €50. Orders of less than €50 are charged with an additional cost of €5.

Clarifications:

  • Orders that include products from the categories Bedroom, Bathroom, Kids, Baby, Dining, Living Room, Lighting, Lifestyle and Decoration are shipped free if they are over €49. While in the case that they include products from the above categories but do not exceed €49, then they are charged with shipping cost of €3. Please note: if the order includes heavy and bulky items from the above categories, there may be an additional charge.
  • We aim to a speedy delivery of products, which you will receive by a courier service on the address of your choice (your place of work, home and so on, though not a P.O box). (Orders that do not include furniture).
  • Some products have specific shipping charges depending on their volume and price. To learn the shipping cost, simply add the product to your basket and on your order details, fill in the "Municipality" and "City" fields.
  • Heavy and bulky products sent to islands are collected by the customer from the respective agency of the transport company in his area.

Delivery time:

  • Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
  • After the approval of your order, the shipping of the products will begin within 24–48 hours (concerns only turnkey goods). After the arrangement and dispatch of your order, delivery times are defined below:
  • 1-2 business days for delivery in mainland Greece.
  • 2-4 business days for delivery in island destinations and inaccessible areas.
  • Delivery within 2-5 business days for products that have been processed (cut, tucking, etc.).
  • If you want a specific delivery day or time, you may request it directly from the transportation company.
  • If, for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact and inform you of the new shipping and delivery times
  • When there is a combination of different product categories in an order, the delivery time may be longer than normal due to the need to concentrate the products.

Please check the packaging carefully and if you experience any damage or hits, refuse delivery and let us know accordingly.

 

CYPRUS

  • We provide delivery to Cyprus at a cost of:
    • 0–5 kg cost €10.
    • for every extra kilogram after 5 kg, the customer is charged with €1 per pound.
  • Furniture and very bulky objects are excluded, as they are not delivered to Cyprus.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

For orders outside Greece, there is no free shipping regardless of the cost of the order and the cost of the transport is formed after communication and consultation with the customer. The customer has the ability to take over the entire transport of our products from our premises at his own expense and transport company.

  • Deliveries within the European Union are made by courier in packages of maximum dimensions of 70x35x50 cm. Carpets, Furniture and oversized items over 100 cm are excluded.
  • For countries of the European Union (EU) the flat shipping rate is €19 per parcel – Malta and Cyprus are excluded.
  • Delivery times across the European Union range from 4 to 7 business days upon the receipt of the product by our supplier.
  • The total transportation costs will be calculated after contacting us by phone and not by the automatic function of the website.
  • After you complete your order, we will send you a confirmation email. To receive it properly, please make sure that you have entered the right email address and that you have checked your spam file.
  • When your order will be sent, you will be informed via email or SMS.
  • Our company ship only in countries which are included in the European Union.
