Filleting Knife Black Zen FD-1569 21cm Black Tojiro

The Black Zen FD-1569 Fillet Knife features a specially designed and extremely thin blade with a sharp edge for cutting meats into thin fillets with absolute precision. It is a high-quality knife that will satisfy both professional and amateur chefs, as it bears the signature of the renowned Japanese manufacturer Tojiro!
The blade is made of the innovative Japanese VG10 stainless steel alloy, which forms the core of the blade and ensures superior hardness and durability. Additionally, the VG10 is surrounded by two layers of soft stainless steel with a chromium content of 13%, offering easier sharpening and improved protection for the knife. Experienced Japanese craftsmen hand-sharpen the blade on both sides at 15°, giving the knife an extremely sharp edge.
The handle of the knife is equally well-crafted and functional, as well as impressive. It is made of chestnut wood, a hard and durable material that makes it ideal for use in both household and professional kitchens. The round shape of the handle provides comfort and practicality in using the knife, giving you complete control and flexibility.
