Filleting Knife Classic Ikon 1040430720 20cm Cream Wusthof

The Classic Ikon 1040330720 Filleting Knife is ideal for both professional and amateur cooks. It has a thin, long and straight blade with a long tip, which makes it an excellent choice for filleting meat and fish. This amazing knife is distinguished by its high-quality blade made of a single piece of surgical steel containing chromium-lead-vanadium (X50 Cr MoV 15), which makes it durable and sharp. It has an ergonomic handle with three rivets and a half (half bolster) chest (joint of blade and handle) for better balance and accuracy. Also, this breast reduces the weight of the knife and offers the possibility to sharpen the entire length of the blade. It is sharpened with WUSTHOF PeTeC.
