Knife Nakiri Black Zen FD-1568 16,5cm Black Tojiro

The Nakiri Black Zen FD-1568 Knife features a specially designed blade with a vertical edge that makes it the traditional Japanese vegetable knife. It is a high-quality knife that will satisfy both professional and amateur chefs, as it bears the signature of the famous Japanese manufacturer Tojiro!
The blade is made of the innovative Japanese VG10 stainless steel alloy, which forms the core of the blade and ensures superior hardness and durability. Additionally, the VG10 is surrounded by two layers of soft stainless steel with a chromium content of 13%, offering easier sharpening and improved protection for the knife. Experienced Japanese craftsmen sharpen the blade by hand on both sides at 15°, giving the knife an extremely sharp edge.
The handle of the knife is equally well-crafted and functional, as well as impressive. It is made of chestnut wood, a hard and durable material that makes it ideal for use in both household and professional kitchens. The round shape of the handle provides comfort and practicality in using the knife, giving you complete control and flexibility.
