Policy for the Prevention and Combatting of Violence and Harassment in the Workplace
INTRODUCTION

No.: 53193648000, Contact Number: +30 2351 100200, Email: info@mydesigndrops.com, fully complies with all measures and obligations related to the implementation of Part II of Law 4808/2021 on the prevention and response to all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment, as well as sexual harassment.
PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to establish and uphold a work environment that respects, promotes, and safeguards human dignity and the right of every individual to a workplace free from violence and harassment. Our company acknowledges and respects every employee’s right to a safe and respectful work environment and strictly prohibits any form of violence or harassment, regardless of its nature or the individual involved.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy has been adopted in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 and the related delegated legislation. It applies to all employees of SPRINTZIOS S.A., regardless of their workplace, whether at the company’s headquarters or any of its branches within the Greek territory. Specifically:
A. PREVENTION AND RESPONSE TO VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT
1. The risk of violence and harassment is assessed as minimal due to long-standing working relationships, the structure of the workplace, the nature of medical procedures conducted, and the number of individuals coexisting in each space.
2.The company fosters positive employee relations and encourages a workplace culture where respect for human dignity is a core value. Collaboration and meritocracy are non-negotiable principles. The company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any incidents of violence or harassment and ensures that its employees receive accessible information and guidance on their rights and the legal actions available to them in the event of experiencing any form of violence or harassment in the workplace.
B. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING AND INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS
1. The company guarantees secure and easily accessible communication channels for the submission and examination of complaints, ensuring that complainants receive the necessary information and assistance. The designated person responsible for receiving, reviewing, and handling complaints or grievances related to incidents of violence or harassment is Mr. Paschalis Yiagidis, who can be contacted at p.yiagidis@mydesigndrops.com. In all cases, the affected individual will be informed of their options and the procedures to be followed.
2. The receipt, investigation, and handling of complaints are conducted promptly and impartially, with full respect for human dignity. The company and the designated case manager are required to act discreetly, objectively, and confidentially while ensuring the protection of any collected Personal Data (PD).
3. The company is committed to upholding its obligation to prohibit retaliation, in accordance with Article 13 of Law 4808/2021 and the provisions of labor law.
4. If a violation is confirmed, the company will take the necessary and appropriate measures to prevent recurrence. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, issuing a compliance directive, changing the employee’s role, adjusting working hours, modifying the location or manner of work, or, if necessary, terminating the employment or collaboration agreement.
5. The company, along with the designated complaint-handling officer, will cooperate with any relevant public, administrative, or judicial authority that may request information or assistance, either proactively or at the request of the affected individual. The company is committed to providing the necessary data and support while maintaining compliance with Law 4624/2019 on the protection of personal data.
