The delivery time of each order varies and depends on the type of product. Each product category has different delivery days. Each product displays the time it was sent on its display page. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a message with the shipping information.
- When products are shipped to a carrier, it usually takes 3-5 business days to pick up and depending on the destination, when 2 or more carriers are involved, they usually take 5-7 business days. The shipping time for each product is shown on its display page.
- When products are shipped with a courier, they usually take 1-4 business days to pick up, depending on the destination.
- If for any reason there is a delay in sending your order, then we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery times.
- When there is a combination of different product categories in an order, the delivery time may be longer than normal because of the need to concentrate and then dispatch non-homogeneous products.
In this list you can choose and store products that are of interest to you and would like to buy them in the future.
- Each product has the "Add to Favorites" option. If you want to add to the Favorites list, click on the corresponding field and it is easy to find it again whenever you want.
- If for any reason you want to remove a product from the list of your selections, simply click on the "X" field on the left side of the image.
- If you decide to purchase a product that you have selected in your Wish List, sign in to your account. Then select "Favorites" at the top of the site, select the product, click on the "Add to cart" field and go to market.
You may acquire our products in the following ways:

See the products that interest you. Choose the ones you wish, and then add them to your shopping cart. You may then easily proceed, either by creating an account, or by quickly completing your order as a visitor.
The shopping cart in our website performs the same function as a real life shopping cart: you may add desired items to it by clicking on the “Add to cart” field, or delete them. Putting an item in your shopping cart does not mean you have purchased it, only that you are potentially interested in acquiring it. Adding items to your cart is part of a small and quick process that will lead to the acquisition of the product(s) you desire. You may also click on the cart in order to view a list of products you have selected so far, as well as their individual and total costs.

The program of delivery of the products is regulated by the courier or the transport company. When your order departs from our premises (applies to orders delivered to you by courier), the voucher number, which you send via sms, is generated. With the shipping number you can contact the courier and arrange for the exact delivery day and time.
The same should be done with the shipping company in order to receive the specific day and time you wish.
Your order can be canceled if it has not yet been shipped by us. It can be done by phone or electronically. In either case it is necessary to indicate the order code or if you have not kept it, at least the name and date it was made.

In the case of a defective product, the product will be replaced with a non-defective product without your own charge. It is important to immediately check the product you received and to notify any defect within 5 days of the date of receipt. When we receive the product and approved the refund, then we will replace it or if it is not possible to replace it, we will refund your money.
Alternatively you can choose credit for purchasing a different product directly or in the future.

Our online store offers you the ability to pay up to 12 installments via credit card. When you are in a species, there is a special field that allows you to select the number of doses.
Designdrops does not support prepayment for the category of furniture and personalized products. Alternatively, you can pay by credit card (up to 12 interest-free installments), debit card, bank deposit & Paypal.

Transportation companies do not deliver products to villages and remote areas. So if you are staying in such an area, unfortunately you will have to pick up your order from the shipping company which is located in the nearest city.
Ιn our e-shop you will discover a huge collection of linen, lamps, furniture, carpets, decorations and more. The thousands of products we offer online cannot fit and be displayed in one place. Our products are available in many warehouses in various parts of Greece, but are not available in showrooms.
We always try to work with the best, but unfortunately sometimes problems are inevitable even with the best! Just as our staff and our suppliers are carefully selected, the transport companies we work with are certainly the best in the field. Unfortunately, however, they are not our employees but our partners, so we cannot intervene at any time in their work.

You can pick up your order from our store and do not incur any shipping costs. However, this is not applicable to the case of heavy and bulky products, e.g. furniture.
The furniture in our online store is only available in the specific dimensions and colors you see and there is no possibility of making custom furniture.
Our broadloom carpets can be cut to the desired dimensions of the customer. We can cut the carpet you want to get to your desired dimensions, but there will be an extra charge and the carpet cannot be returned.
You can give a deposit and pay the remaining amount upon receipt. This applies to products dispatched by courier. The bulky products shipped by transportation company can not be paid on receipt, but require prepayment of the whole amount of the purchase.
We try to capture the colors of our products in the most realistic way, but there may be slight variations, which may be due to the lighting used during shooting or the color settings of your screen.

Bed linen is made from natural fibers (plant or animal origin) or synthetic fibers (plant or chemical origin). See the advantages of each fiber and choose the material that suits you best.
Cotton: Natural, vegetable fiber that allows the skin to breathe and maintains a constant body temperature. Hypoallergenic, soft and absorbs moisture. It is easy to wash and iron, always according to the indicated washing instructions.
Flax: Plant fiber, which is produced from the flax plant. It is very durable, smooth and absorbs moisture. Ideal for all seasons.
Silk: Animal fiber that perfectly manages temperature, offering warmth in winter and coolness in summer. Silk is a luxurious material, with a smooth and delightful texture. It is very durable, hypoallergenic, does not fade or wrinkle easily.
Wool: Animal fiber, usually from the hair of sheep. It is famous for its thermal insulation properties and its durability.
Acrylic: Synthetic fiber that mimics wool, but is even more durable.
Polyester: Used very often, because this synthetic fiber is very durable, does not wrinkle, does not fade, does not gather and is easy to wash and iron.
Thread count refers to the density of threads in one square inch of fabric. The higher the number of threads, the higher the quality of the fabric. See what each number means for quality:

The weaving of fabrics is due to the texture, appearance and feel that the product offers us. Common bed linen fabrics are:
Percale: refers to cotton fabrics. It is soft, durable, with a dense knit and a cool feel.
Combed: Cotton fibers that have been specially treated and selected the highest quality to create a high quality fabric.
Cotton Sateen: It is the superior category in cotton fabrics. Very dense knit that creates an extremely soft and very durable product.
Flannel: distinguished by its soft, fluffy surface and ability to provide warmth even on the coldest winter nights.
Satin: Usually a mixture of different materials. The final result is slightly glossy, attractive in appearance and smooth in texture.
Microfiber: small polyester fibers, which are very tightly woven and create a very durable, warm and soft effect.
