Peeling Knife Classic Ikon 1040332207 7cm Black Wusthof

The Classic Ikon 1040332207 Paring Knife is also known as a paring knife or a turning or Tourne knife. This is a smart knife, which is ideal for peeling, carving and cleaning rounded vegetables and fruits and for other small tasks when preparing your culinary creations. It has a small, curved beak-shaped blade, which makes it easy to use, safe and ergonomic to peel potatoes, apples and other fruits and vegetables. It is also ideal for those of you who want to give a special shape to fruits and vegetables that act as decor for the dish or a buffet platter. This amazing knife is distinguished by its high-quality blade made of a single piece of surgical steel containing chromium-lead-vanadium (X50 Cr MoV 15), which makes it durable and sharp. It has an ergonomic handle with three rivets and a half (half bolster) chest (joint of blade and handle) for better balance and accuracy.
