In case you choose to pay (C.O.D) Cash On Delivery contact via telephone is required, otherwise the order is canceled.

Please Notice: Full payment is necessary for products that will be processed such as runners, floor carpeting, flooring, wallpapers as well as furniture.

Delivery & Shipping Terms

• Free shipping applies to orders within Greece that contain one or more products from categories Carpets and Wallpapers with total amount over €50. Orders of less than €50 are charged with an additional cost of €5.
• Orders that include products from the categories Bedroom, Bathroom, Kids, Baby, Dining, Living Room, Lighting, Lifestyle and Decoration are shipped free if they are over €49. While in the case that they include products from the above categories but do not exceed €49, then they are charged with shipping cost of €3. Please note: if the order includes heavy and bulky items from the above categories, there may be an additional charge.
• Special transport terms apply to Linen Hotel products.
• Orders concerning Broadloom Carpets and Flooring are charged with a transport cost of €8.
• Ordering lighting products under €49 are charged with shipping cost of €3 regardless the way of payment. Ordering lighting products that exceed the cost of €49 is free of charge. Specific floor lamps are excluded and are charged with transport fees according to their volume.
• Heavy or large products are delivered via Transport companies. Shipping cost depends on the products and free delivery is not supported.
• Dispatch within 24-48 hours after order has been ratified.
• Delivery within 1-2 business days in mainland Greece, 2-4 business days for island destinations and inaccessible areas.
• Delivery within 2-5 business days for products that have been processed (cut, tucking, etc.).
• We provide delivery to Cyprus at a cost of:
  • 0–5 kg cost €10.
  • for every extra kilogram after 5 kg, the customer is charged with €1 per pound. Furniture and very bulky objects are excluded, as they are not delivered to Cyprus..

• You can see the delivery time of each product into its page.
• Shipping cost for orders abroad varies and depends on the country and the product.
• Deliveries within the European Union are made by courier in packages of maximum dimensions of 70x35x50cm. Carpets, Furniture and oversized items over 100cm are excluded.
• For countries of the European Union (EU) the flat shipping rate is €19 per parcel – Malta and Cyprus are excluded.
• Delivery times across the European Union range from 4 to 7 business days upon the receipt of the product by our supplier.
• The total transportation costs will be calculated after contacting us by phone and not by the automatic function of the website.

Return Policy
• Return if you are unsatisfied (for orders within Greece). In this case, transportation costs are paid exclusively by the customer.
 
Note: Returns are not accepted for products that have been processed, based on the desired dimensions, such as runners, floor carpeting, flooring, wallpapers etc, or for products that have been ordered especially for you from suppliers either from Greece or from abroad.
 
• Replacement free of charge in case of a defective product. 
• Refund or discount on next purchase.
